The People Behind Tonno Nero

Tonno Nero is built by chefs, makers, growers and producers who share a respect for great ingredients and the work behind them.

Our kitchen begins with relationships, with the people preparing the food and drinks, and with those growing, raising and catching what eventually reaches the table.

From Our Producers

It starts with the ingredient.

We believe knowing where our food comes from matters.

Tonno Nero works with farms, fishermen and producers who care as much about their ingredients as we do about what happens to them once they reach our kitchen.

These relationships shape the way we cook and change with what is growing, being caught and at its best.
